Here at Kent Custom we build top of the line custom road cases. Our staff ensures that all cases leave our facility up to customer specifications, on time, and ready for immediate use. Since the birth of KCC in 2006 our highly trained and highly skilled craftsmen take the time to carefully construct each individual case guaranteeing the redoubtable quality of each case that has become the Kent Custom standard.

Kent Custom Cases started in 2006 in the garage of owner Brian Kent. Through his hard work and dedication along with an amazing staff his case company has grown to process thousands of orders annually. Kent customs reputation is known throughout the music industry as being a reliable and quality manufacturing company.

Q What is the average turn around time for a road case?

A The average turn around time for a road case is 3-5 weeks unless stated otherwise.

Q Do you offer endorsements for cases?

A No, at this time we do not offer endorsements for cases. We do offer competitive artist pricing for orders over $10,000.

Q What are your payment options?

A Using the checkout page on our web store we currently accept patment with credit cards and paypal.

Q What options do I have when designing a road case with Kent Custom?

A Each case comes with a different set of options and extras. If there is something you'd like to add, but don't see it on a product page, pick up the phone and give us a call. We're always working out custom orders and can make just about anything.

Q How do I place an order?

A To place an order, you can head over to our store page and select a product to checkout. If you don't see what you're looking for, you can either send us an e-mail at info@kentcustom.com or you can call directly to 800-450-9812.

Q What information do I need to provide when ordering a road case?

AYou need to provide the type of gear that the case is being built for, the dimensions of the gear, and the options you would like for your case. If you need help with any of those, please feel free to e-mail questions to info@kentcustom.com and we will be more than happy to help you out.

Q Do you have a return policy?

A All sales are 100% final. If for whatever reason your product is damaged upon arrival or if there is a manufacturing flaw, Kent Custom will handle each instance individually. For specific information regarding this please visit our store policy page under the store tab.

Q How do I get a price quote?

A To get a price quote for a product not listed on our web store, you can e-mail us at info@kentcustom.com with the details of what you're looking for.

Q Do you offer a warranty?

A We currently are offering a one-year warrantly for our cases. For specific information regarding our warranty, please visit our store policy page under our store tab.

Q The price on your product page is different than my order?

A The prices on the header of our product page reflects the starting price. Once you add extras, or select a different option set than the standard one, there will be a higher price for your product.
