Kent Custom Cases has been manufacturing cases since 1998. With roots in the Rock & Roll business, the company has branched out into virtually any and all markets imaginable. A family organization with one goal: “To build the highest quality custom case in the world, at a fair price with on time delivery”.
The same care and consistency is placed on each product manufactured. No matter the application, be it for the local musician traveling to his gig or the tactical deployment of military equipment in a life-threatening environment, Kent builds a product you can depend upon.

Brian has been working with musicians for years. You don't have to beat around the bush with him, he knows what you need and how to get it done. He's designed and built cases for several popular touring artists and has a knack for getting creative with projects. If you can think of a case, he's built it.

Q: What is the average turn around time for a road case?
A: The average turn around time for a road case is 3 weeks unless stated otherwise.
Q: Do you offer endorsements for cases?
A: We do offer endorsements for cases. Please send your inquiries to Info@kentcustomdrums.com for case endorsements.
Q: What information do I need to provide when ordering a road case?
A: You need to provide the type of gear that the case is being built for, the dimensions of the gear, and the options you would like for your case. If you need help with any of those, please feel free to e-mail questions to Info@kentcustomcases.com and we will be more than happy to help you out.
Q: What are your payment options?
A: We accept cash, certified check, credit cards, and paypal.
Q: What options do I have when designing a road case with Kent Custom?
A: You can choose your color, wood thickness, casters, and style of case. All of the road case options are listed in the “About” section of the website.

A: All sales are 100% final. If for whatever reason your product is damaged upon arrival or if there is a manufacturing flaw, Kent Custom will handle each instance individually.

Q: When I place an order for a case do I have to pay the full balance upfront?
A: On all custom orders under $2,500 we require the full balance due before starting the case or cases. For orders over $2,500 we require a minimum of 2/3rds of the total balance due before starting the case or cases.
