A: The average turn around time for a road case is 3 weeks unless stated otherwise.

A: The average turn around time for a drum kit is 18 – 22 weeks unless stated otherwise.
Q: Do you offer endorsements for drums and cases?
A: We do offer endorsements for drums and for cases. Please send your inquiries to Info@kentcustomdrums.com for drum endorsements and to Info@kentcustomcases.com for case endorsements.
Q: Do you offer free drum kits for endorsements?
A: No, we do not offer free drum kits, but we do offer many levels of discount endorsements.
Q: What information do I need to provide when ordering a road case?
A: You need to provide the type of gear that the case is being built for, the dimensions of the gear, and the options you would like for your case. If you need help with any of those, please feel free to e-mail questions to Info@kentcustomcases.com and we will be more than happy to help you out.
Q: Do I have to have my cases or drums shipped or can I pick them up?
A: You can have them shipped or you can make arrangements to come to Kent Custom to pick them up.
Q: What are your payment options?
A: We accept cash, certified check, credit cards, and paypal.

A: You can choose your color, wood thickness, casters, and style of case. All of the road case options are listed in the “About” section of the website.

A: All sales are 100% final. If for whatever reason your product is damaged upon arrival or if there is a manufacturing flaw, Kent Custom will handle each instance individually.

Q: When I place an order for a case do I have to pay the full balance upfront?
A: On all custom orders under $2,500 we require the full balance due before starting the case or cases. For orders over $2,500 we require a minimum of 2/3rds of the total balance due before starting the case or cases.
Q: When I order my drum or drums do I have to pay the full balance upfront?
A: We require a 2/3rds minimum deposit upfront to begin all custom drum projects. If you would like you are more then welcome to pay the full balance upfront before beginning the project.
