The average turn around time for a road case is 3-5 weeks unless stated otherwise.
No, at this time we do not offer endorsements for cases. We do offer competitive artist pricing for orders over $10,000.

Each case comes with a different set of options and extras. If there is something you'd like to add, but don't see it on a product page, pick up the phone and give us a call. We're always working out custom orders and can make just about anything.

All sales are 100% final. If for whatever reason your product is damaged upon arrival or if there is a manufacturing flaw, Kent Custom will handle each instance individually. For specific information regarding this please visit our store policy page under the store tab.

The prices on the header of our product page reflects the starting price. Once you add extras, or select a different option set than the standard one, there will be a higher price for your product.
